Nurse Caridad is the most patient nurse I have met. My precious brother was feeling awful and he was being hard to get along with. Caridad didn't act like he was being rude or unkind, she spoke just like J was being a perfect patient. She sure impressed me. Before she left the room, J was calm as he could be. Caridad made him feel safe and secure. She was in our room many times and our whole family noticed her compassion, her skills (which were many) and her wonderful bedside manner. She continued to assure J everything was going to be fine and that he was doing well. She thanked him for being so helpful. She truly took good care of my brother. We noticed how she treated her co-workers just as kindly as she did J and our family. She made all of us feel like she would be right there if we needed her, and she truly was. She also assured each of us that her co-workers were right there for J too. What a nurse!
