The nurse who smiles, is upbeat and always offers a helping hand - that is Carrie. She may not have slept well the night before or maybe she has things on her mind and is stressed- but she will never show it. Instead she shows us her consistently positive attitude and motivates us all.

Carrie was floated to SICU recently which was a new unit to her. But you would never know it because she was such a help; her love of bedside care was demonstrated by her making rounds to offer help to every nurse and stepping in to assist patients with any aspect of their care.
