Cassie was easy to relate to. She understood my concerns and looked for solutions while always conferring with other doctors/nurses. Cassie was honest and gave her opinion, not just telling me what I wanted to hear. When I experienced horrible pain and my vitals dropped, she and a co-worker rushed in and began working on me while remaining calm and not causing panic. When Cassie had a new nurse shadowing her, she was thoroughly explaining things to her. She even introduced her to us and said some very complimentary things about her. Cassie appeared to have a good working relationship with others and I’d say Cassie is a wonderful co-worker! Cassie showed confidence, professionalism, and capability concerning my care during her shifts. Cassie is by far the best nurse I have ever had. At one time during my bouts of pain, she told me funny stories about her children to help distract me, all the while rubbing my arm and holding my hand. She took such good care of me!
