I would like to extend my appreciation to Nurse Charie for the services she gave me during my stay. Since day one of my confinement, I noticed the way she treats me, which is rather different. Her rapport is noticeable, and that eases my worries while I am in the hospital. Particularly when she spoke and apologized every time she woke me up to get my vital signs. After doing so, she always asked if there was anything I needed before she left my room, which to me is a professional nurse with a "HEART" who cares for a patient's well-being. This act is rare now for new nurses. The hospital has trained her well, and her professionalism is excellent. Charie is the epitome of a trustworthy and compassionate nurse. I will not forget her because she has shown "quality nurse care."
