Immediately we could tell that Christin Khayat was a very special girl; she did the nursing side of her job very well- very confidently. But she also took care of D as a person, made him feel like he was her only patient. But then she took care of me, offered me anything she could get for me. Her smile was so sweet and genuine; she just glows. If I'd see her in the hall on my way for coffee she'd smile and pause to see if she could help me. She was amazing; as my son would say, "She's a keeper!" She interacts with fellow nurses and helps very well, and they respect her. She gave us an insight into her home life, she is continuing her education and she works her shifts, very commendable. Her hugs and smiles are contagious.
