My mother went in for knee replacement surgery and due to some unforeseen complications from one of the pre-op meds she received, she was unable to have her surgery. Instead, she had to be admitted to the hospital for observation. We ended up having to wait in pre-op for several hours before they moved her into a room. Corrie was extremely kind and caring the entire time. Not only checking on my mother but me too. She continually checked on the status of when a room would be available and keeping me informed of what was going on. This was greatly appreciated especially since I have multiple sclerosis and we had a long day of travel. After being there for 9 ½ hours, the stress and worry for my mother, I was worn out. Corrie was wonderful and we thank her.
