My daughter had her baby recently and I observed Courtney as she cared for my daughter. She was very attentive to the needs of my daughter. She asked questions as to how my daughter was feeling. She spent most of the time my daughter was in the labor in the room. She knew exactly what was going on throughout the process of labor. She answered questions efficiently and effectively. Her compassion for what my daughter was going through was awesome. She was attentive to our needs as visitors asking if there was anything that we needed. My daughter's labor progressed a little faster than what we expected and she was right by her side to help her through the labor. She coached her before to explain what to expect and she was an excellent coach throughout the pushing process. I feel she should be recognized for her fantastic attitude and compassion. Just everything about Courtney was exceptionally great. She definitely left an imprint on my heart. I would like to thank Courtney for being so great throughout this process. Her dedication to her job made it very easy for my daughter delivering her first child. Courtney is greatly appreciated by our family. Her quality of care will be greatly missed.
