My mother was brought in via ambulance. From the time I was allowed into the room, Crystal went above and beyond her call of duty. Crystal is the most caring, understanding, and compassionate nurse I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made sure my mother was well taken care of, and all of my mother's needs were met very quickly and professionally.

Crystal not only made my mother comfortable but me as well. In my opinion, Crystal deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to her patients. Crystal was truly a fresh breath of air in a situation that was so very dark and sad. In the 7-8 hours she was my mother's nurse, she changed our lives for the better.
