Dalia Abbas's attitude towards me was wonderful. I went to the hospital’s emergency department, and they informed me that there was an emergency at that moment and I needed to wait. After a while, I was instructed to go to the clinic. I went to the clinic and took a walk-in consultation. I was also informed that we needed to wait. It may take up to 4 hours before my son could be seen, so I asked for at least a temperature check for my son from Dalia, and she informed her colleague to measure it because she was assisting another patient. She came back to us to check the temperature reading, and when she found out that his temperature was 39.5, she talked to the doctor and insisted that my son be seen first and given medication to reduce the temperature. She even checked my son before we left to ensure that he was okay, fearing for the complications of fever. All the words of gratitude are truly insufficient—a thousand thanks to nurse Dalia.
