Dan is always willing to go beyond the call of duty. He demonstrates in all capacity of what team work is all about. He is a real team player. Always make sure the staff and the patients have what they need. He makes rounds on all of the patients. Very knowledgable about what patients need and staff. He will empty linen bags, help bathe patients, give meds for other nurses, etc. The floor runs so smooth whenever Dan is in charge. I have had the pleasure to work with Dan on several occasions. He never panics about anything. He jumps in and do whatever it takes. Baylor needs more nurses and staff like Dan. He is truely a very good employee. If anyone should get the DAISY Award Dan is the one. I really appreciate him. He is one of a kind.
