Dana McBride was very professional about her work, but she also took the time to make a connection with our child as well as us. It made a long stay in the hospital kind of nice. She made our child feel included in her own care and listened to our concerns about anything that was going on with our child's care. Our child really liked it when Dana worked and expected the other nurses to be a little more like Dana.
