We received a patient in an extremely critical position from 1 main. The patient required intubation, an A-line, CVP, and drainage of his lungs and chest tubes. Dana Rogers worked for hours side by side with the pulmonologist. The charge nurse insisted she needed a break but Dana kept with her patient until she was sure the patient was stable. This is TEAMWORK! The results were remarkable. I participated in this emergency and I was very happy to be a part of a team with experienced nurses that have so much compassion and dedication with the sole objective of saving the patient’s life! Job very well done!
