Ms. Rose displays a high level of integrity in all she does. She is a liaison for her unit, Endoscopy. She engages in difficult conversations when necessary on behalf of the Veteran. She is constantly seeking improvement in our unit.
Ms. Rose was instrumental in a project for her unit that required a high level of commitment, communication, and time. She completed this project in her own time. She has standardized care for the Endoscopy patient, collaborating with other disciplines to create improved processes, and displays her commitment to the Veteran on a daily basis. Ms. Rose is a true Veteran advocate, she pushes hard to provide top-quality care and customer service to all her patients.
One example of her dedication to improved processes is that recently she streamlined the entire process for placing PEG tubes and developed a new consult pathway specifically to alert each service across the facility. This process ensures that the Veteran is the highest priority in the multisystem facility. Ms. Rose is a champion for her Veterans, she is a team builder, a motivator, and an excellent clinician.
