I was a patient from early Monday morning for surgery till early Tuesday when I was released. I am writing you this email to tell you what a great nurse Demetria is and an even better person. I had a total knee replacement and my experience after I was taken to my room was outstanding. Her caring for her patients shows through like no other nurse I have ever been around. And this was my 22 total surgery. She made my wife and I feel at ease, and answered every question professionally but with a personal touch. She always had a smile as she checked on us to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. My surgery was less stressful because of her. I thanked her this morning when I checked out, but felt like that wasn’t enough. I felt like I needed to drop you a small message to let you know how much her professional knowledge and her caring for her patients take a lot of the pain and stress away. She is one of the great ones!!!
