I must recognize your Client Care Ambassador, Diana Rodriguez. From the first phone call we had and through many calls, e-mails, and text messages since Diana has been amazing. During our first meeting, I could tell right away Diana was a special person. My cousin had not bathed for some time. Before we even agreed to sign up with Nurse Next Door, Diana offered to wash her.
Diana is truly compassionate, caring and very professional. She goes above and beyond expectations in assuring my cousin has the services and care she needs. Diana is readily available to answer questions and address concerns. She impresses with her knowledge of services available, coordination of care and all aspects of home health care.
After being a police officer for 25 years, I have become very jaded. Upon meeting and dealing with Diana, she has shown there are still genuinely good, decent, caring people out there.
