Diane Jolliffe is extraordinarily compassionate to my Mom and to my brother and me. She is gentle with my Mom. I’ve never felt it was “just a job” to her. She explains everything she’s doing to my Mom and me before she does it. She’s extremely competent and so caring. She truly deserves the DAISY Award! Thank you, Kaiser, for hiring such a wonderful woman and Nurse. She lets my Mom retain some dignity in a struggle for her life. Whether my Mom “makes it” or she doesn’t in this hard battle, I know how well Diane cared for her (and us, her family). I couldn’t ask for a more wonderful, compassionate Nurse.
