Dody Dawes RN came into my life in February after four surgeries on my foot. I was having a problem getting a wound vac drape to stay intact and not leak. Dody assessed the situation and was able to come up with a solution. For the next 49 days I had the privilege of Dody being my home care nurse. She has such an enthusiastic personality and calm way about her, so I always looked forward to her visits on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I'd like to mention that Dody was especially careful in sterilizing all equipment that came in contact with my foot. She always washed her hands thoroughly as well as my entire foot/wound.

Thanks to Dody and her diligence I had a good outcome with the wound vac on my foot. After months of worrying whether I would end up having a left foot, I am now healed and ready to move on with my life.
