My mom was in ICU for five days and her nurse was the sweetest woman. She kept my mom out of pain and was very loving to her. That's all I wanted for my mom and she did it. My mom cried when Donna left and she knew she wasn't going to have her as a nurse because she went on vacation. I want to thank her for taking great care of my mom. She was very nice to me and my brother when we came to visit our mom. My mom says she is the best nurse she has ever had and she has had a lot of them over the years.

I was in the hospital with acute UTI infection and kidney stones in both kidneys as well as surgery to put in a stent in my left kidney. My pain level was a 10 almost all of the time the nurse was able to keep my pain under control by working with the doctor. Donna is such a warm and caring person and always treated me as if I was her only patient. I only had her for three days and cried when she left. You are very fortunate to have her on your staff. I have been in and out of hospitals with kidney disease and she is the best so far. I know she deserves recognition.
