My father was recently a patient at Jackson at the same time that I was hospitalized at another hospital. My brother was caught between caring for both of us. Eileen made my brother feel so comfortable with the care our father was receiving that he was able to leave and help care for me. He would never have been able to do that if she were not so competent. My father told us that all through the night, he never had to look for or ask for Eileen. She was always there when he needed her. My dad said that she was his angel.
