While the entire oncology staff has been wonderful, there is one person who really stands above the rest. Eliane is an extraordinary nurse. She has time and again provided me with the compassion and patience that I need. This has been the most challenging experience of my life. In this vulnerable time having someone like Eliane has made a world of difference. She sits down, makes the time for you and really hears your concerns. Then she takes time to come up with suggestions and solutions to make my stay as comfortable as it can be. The compassion and care Eliane has for patients and families seem endless. It was a privilege to have her as my nurse as she had become a role model for me when I resume normal life as an RN myself. Eliane is an exceptional nurse and great asset to MemorialCare.
