In the patient's mother's eye's Eric Duffy was the only one her daughter was willing to trust and who helped to give her hope.
Eric brings a large toolbox to the bedside, working to form relationships to allow for vulnerable patients to trust him and share with him their concerns and needs so he is able to craft a care plan that encompasses their emotions. He is respected by his peers for his excitement for Nursing and desire to always "do the right thing" for the patient.
We are fortunate to have him joining our team of Nurses, and commend him for his work to go beyond.
