Erica demonstrated a personal ownership with scheduling an inpatient PET Scan. The patient and her husband were very scared about a potential cancer diagnosis and were very upset when it was delayed. Erica took it upon herself to be a patient advocate, getting the test scheduled and addressing their fears. A job well done.
