Erica has been nothing but comforting and helpful since the day I arrived almost 7 weeks ago. Erica has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home as much as possible. She's done such a great job and made such great effort to make sure all us moms got to know each other to create a lifelong bond. She has done a fabulous job organizing a welcome tea for myself and 2 of the other antepartum moms. She set up an Easter lunch and made our children feel welcome by enjoying an Easter egg hunt. Mother's Day was organized and set up by Erica as well and, as usual she did an outstanding job and outdid herself. She always has a smile and her personality lights up any room which was needed while spending so much time on bed rest and being very emotional. I'm extremely grateful to have had Erica as a nurse throughout my journey here and I will never forget all she has done for me and my family.
