Throughout this whole month, Erin has exemplified exceptional care, compassion, and dedication. During an MTP event, Erin seamlessly stepped into the room to help the three nurses who had already been assigned to the patient. She remained calm and communicated effectively and efficiently with the team in terms of products that had been given and the patient's status.
Erin has also been continually precepting new staff as well as new grads. Precepting can be laborious work, but Erin has always precepted with enthusiasm. She is always spending the free time educating her orientees and educating them on the Seattle Children's method of providing care. Erin can also be frequently seen walking around the unit and asking people if they need assistance. Erin has frequently helped me in a busy assignment as well as hanging meds/feeds and answering call lights.
