Ethel is consistently helping us out by lending a hand whenever we need it in the unit. She is a team player and always makes sure no nurse falls behind. She is a great asset to the NICU. She cares a lot about the babies and offers to feed or watch our patients when we need breaks. There was a specific moment when the unit was so short staffed that the Director had to step in and work a night shift as the other NICU staff members could not come in extra with the exception of Ethel. She not only cares about her patients but she cares about the staff as well.
