Over recent weeks Gail has gone above and beyond in helping to set up the COVID-19 drive through to allow the public to be tested for the virus without coming into contact with other patients and staff in the hospital.
Gail has led by example, working additional hours to enable the service to be delivered in a safe and efficient way. She has been paramount in supporting people being swabbed to help ease their fears and also set a shining example for her team.
Gail has personally worked outside from the multi-story car park for up to 6 hours a day ensuring that staff has remained safe and that infection prevention guidelines have been followed to the letter. Nothing has been too much trouble for Gail and we are very proud of her efforts and attitude.
