Gary is a dependable, conscientious nurse who serves my son E with deep compassion, sensitivity, and committed care. E came home from his last hospital stay in July 2015 with the intention to come home and die. With Gary's attention, nurturing, sense of humor, and gentle challenges, he has drawn E up out of his depression and gives him little things to look forward to and enjoy every day. Even though E deals with a lot of pain on a daily basis, he will smile and even use his voice (as hard as that is for him with his thrach in) as Gary engages him. I cannot praise this nurse enough. I literally thank God for him daily. He is a priceless part of E's support/care team.
