Gillian is always going above and beyond for patients to ensure that they have access to care. She helps to find them an appointment even when one may not be obviously available. She will call numerous clinics until she has found a place for a patient to be seen. She is also an excellent leader. She works tirelessly for all of her clinic sites to not only ensure patients are cared for but also her clinical staff. She works to help staff members get the appointments that they may need to maintain their own health by making numerous phone calls to different clinics to find the staff member what he or she is needing. She truly embodies what it means to be customer-obsessed.
