My husband was a patient in the Cath lab recently. I would like to thank Glenda very much for being so kind to us while we waited for news on my husband.
He had a difficult procedure and was on the table about three hours. Glenda came out to the waiting room several times to give us updates on his progress.
On one of her trips to the waiting room, she asked if we had eaten. We said that we had not but were about to get something from the vending machine. There were three of us waiting so she took three dollars out of her pocket and gave them to us. We were very surprised but very appreciative.
Then the next time she came out she gave us three letters to get a free meal from the cafeteria. Again, we were very surprised and grateful. She also thanked us for being so patient with the length the procedure was taking.
