Her care was exceptional! Not only did this nurse do an amazing job with our last visit, but she continued to be amazing with my daughter during our recent stay. She connected with my daughter on a personal level and made her feel comfortable and safe from the very start of our experience. She got to know and understand her personality as well as the illness we were recovering from. My daughter has a significant mental health history, and this nurse included her in the care plan. This nurse also kept me informed and answered all of my questions. She stayed on top of medications, IV care, all calls for help, and helped communicate with my daughter’s care team. I was especially grateful for being able to step away for a moment, knowing that I could trust her care. This nurse took amazing care of my daughter!
