Heather performs with a professionalism that exceeds the standard. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to ensuring her patients have the best care. I was very appreciative of the way she delivered care and information to her patient/family, in a way that is understandable at any educational level. I especially loved the way she was able to communicate and work with the tech. They were able to communicate with positivity to get an unpleasant task done. Their actions were genuine and purposeful. Heather leads by example. The work ethic encourages the ones around her to strive to be better. She talks to others with dignity and respect. She exemplifies what I would like to have in a caregiver and a teammate.
