She made sure that I was comfortable physically, mentally, and emotionally each time she came into the room.  Heather is an incredibly great and caring nurse who provided me and my family with exceptional care.
I have been a patient on 5th floor all week.  When I was admitted I was super sick with extra problems related to a surgery I had last week.  Heather was my nurse for 2 days of my stay and has been such a joy, help, listener, fear-calmer, and advocate for me.  She was quick to notice when things looked wrong and was even quicker to notify the doctor and get them to see me right away.   She helped teach me about the medications I was on, the side effects, and why I was on them.  When my rough times were happening, even though she was incredibly busy, she stopped what she was doing to “wipe my tears” and did so with my family & friends who were also concerned.  She brought joy and humor every time she came into the room and even had us all singing.  Due to my health issues, she would also make sure I had enough food or drink because some of the menu meals I could not have. She made sure that I was comfortable physically, mentally, and emotionally each time she came into the room.  Heather is an incredibly great and caring nurse who provided me and my family with exceptional care.  Please keep doing what you are doing.  I could not have asked for a better nurse.

Nurse Heather cared very much about my well-being during my stay.  Heather went out of her way to treat my pain and stay on top of my meds.  She has been a great resource for helpful medical information and insight.  Heather also had an amazing bedside manner and made my family, and I feel more comfortable during my stay.

Nurse Heather is amazing.  She looked us in the eye when she talked to us.  She explained everything and answered our questions.  We were more than just a person in a room.  She gave me and my son hope, helpful information to take with us and made us feel important.  She never dismissed us or treated us badly. If all nurses could be like her, this world would be a better place.  Thank you Nurse Heather for all that you did!
