Heather has extraordinary bedside manner. She is kind and gentle and explains procedures at a level appropriate for the patient. She's a great example of the kind of nurse that I would like to be.

Time and time again Heather takes the time to educate students about the importance of skin integrity and wounds. She is kind, she is patient, she is precise. She cares.
