My husband had been readmitted after surgery and we got the pure pleasure of meeting Heide. First Night was the hardest on him, which is the time period she was his nurse. From someone who has dealt in the medical field, if anyone has a bright future at Dameron, it would be her. She listened to every word he said, went above and beyond to try to make him as comfortable as possible and she encouraged him constantly which helped boost his spirit. She was on time with all his medications which was one of the reasons for being admitted. I recommend her to all patients.

This was my second time admitted within a week for another surgery. From the first time she entered my room, she always had a smile greeting me. She has the wonderful ability to listen and allow the patient to talk.
Heide is compassionate, shows concern for her patients and is very encouraging! She went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible and was never late coming in to take vitals, administer meds, and answer questions. Lastly, she made sure I put on my "safe" socks so I didn't slip and fall.
Heide never change! You are an amazing nurse. Thank you!
