This nurse was the first nurse we had after Bypass Surgery. He was very patient, kind, and attentive. He ran continually while working with staff members and my husband. He was encouraging and very helpful. Hunter explained everything that was happening and was respectful of my education as a nurse. He explained things so both my husband and I could understand but also didn't talk down to me, which made me feel worthwhile. Hunter was very hospitable. He always made the family feel comfortable and was encouraging that my husband was doing well and as expected. He was the energizer bunny, considering this was his 6th shift on. I was very impressed with his personality and energy! He was so concerned about my husband's pain and positioned and encouraged him to do his breathing exercises. Hunter was very encouraging about what to expect in the coming days and what was going to happen when my husband went home. He is an excellent nurse, and you are very lucky to have him!
