From the time that Huy entered our room, it was obvious that he has confidence, compassion, and concern for his patients. His competence, communication, and care advocacy are the primary reason we are submitting this letter. He was supportive, encouraging, and respectful to our needs and choices. These traits have enabled him to prioritize, educate, and efficiently meet our needs. I didn't have to anticipate the things that were expected of my care because he explained all that was expected and ordered. He also promptly called the doctor when questions needed answers. His smile is contagious. The one thing that made the greatest impression was the time that he took to teach the student nurse who shadowed him.
