In the past year and a half, I've had stents put into my legs twice. One time, I was in Las Vegas visiting my daughter and twin grandbabies for 2 weeks when all of a sudden, I was having a problem walking. I called Jacob and he escalated my having a scan immediately upon my coming home. Sure enough, my legs had clogged up again. I was so happy that Jacob had done that for me.
Now you need to know that he did this under adversity. The adversity was that I only get cellular reception out there about 20% of the time. And even when Jacob would call me back and leave a voicemail, that doesn't mean I would get it. It was really hard for both of us, but Jacob never once got frustrated with me. We were calling back and forth for over a week and Jacob was just so kind and always made me feel that Kaiser valued me. Kudos to Jacob.
