Jana is being nominated for the DAISY Award as she consistently goes above and beyond to help her fellow peers and patients. Jana is always kind, calm and compassionate. She is also very knowledgeable and helpful to her fellow nurses. As a new nurse at Bryan, Jana is a great role model for me and represents the core values at their finest by promoting excellence in her standards of practice.
