To say that Janeen has significantly made a difference in my stay would be an understatement. As a caregiver myself, it was really hard for me to be a patient. She has truly been a ray of sunshine that was needed during this hospital stay. Not only did Janeen care for me, but she took the time to make sure my husband was comfortable as well. Her connection with us was a true testament of pure compassion, still generous after all these years of nursing. I feel like Janeen was personally invested in my well-being and recovery. She has exhibited a genuine sense of caring and listened not only with her ears but with her heart as well. We will be forever grateful for her watchful eye, caring heart, and unwavering dedication. Janeen aided to me so quickly when I needed her. Whether for my medications or ice water. She went above and beyond to manage my pain so I would not be miserable.
