Jeffrey is so dedicated to the care of the patient. I used to work with him in PCU years ago and remember how he worked as a team. He will stop and clean the garbage of a patient even though it is not his patient's.

He is also knowledgeable in nursing and helps with his experiences. Now I work with him in ICU and he always comes early to check the patient and I can trust his care to the patient when I get a report from him.
