Our daughter was admitted to the hospital and the PICU the following day. During that time, we have had several different nurses and doctors. Jenny stood out from the rest. She went above and beyond to build a relationship with our daughter which made her stay more comfortable. She brought a blanket and toys for our daughter and even went down to the farmers market and got her fresh strawberries. Most importantly, she brought a smile to our daughter's face. She also took the time to keep us informed and explained every procedure.
Jenny is a remarkable nurse and she exemplifies the VALUES of Kaiser Permanente Nursing. She provides EXCELLENT care, with INTEGRITY and COMPASSION; she is a TEAM player, extremely PROFESSIONAL, and keeps the PATIENT AND FAMILY IN THE CENTER of everything that she does. Jenny truly is an Extraordinary Nurse.
