Ms. Jenn is a great nurse overall. She really enjoys her job as a nurse. Ms. Jenn is great with helping patients with care, love, and valuable information. My brother was one of her patients and she checked on him regularly, made sure he had all of his wants, needs, and also provided information on what the problems were and how to handle the problem, as well as provided steps to take to prevent the problem from recurring. I love Ms. Jenn. Ms. Jenn is very polite, has a wonderful character, and is very patient with answering questions and not getting irritated or frustrated. Ms. Jenn provided my brother with a bedpan, always made sure he was hydrated, and even kept a smile on my brother’s face every time she saw him. She treated my brother like family and she really cared for his needs and preferences. She thought considerably about not giving him solid foods while sedated to prevent choking while sleeping and also requested jello so he could chew but not choke. The jello idea was very smart. Most nurses get frustrated or irritated about proving information and answering questions but I never got that feeling from Ms. Jenn, not once. I believe she took the correct preparation steps for worse-case scenarios and gave information to provide comfort for what she was doing and provided additional information that she felt anyone may need to know. I was impressed to know that she actually watched him while he was asleep to make sure he was breathing correctly. Ms. Jenn has brought hope humor and faith to my brother and our family. The comfort that Ms. Jenn has provided is greatly appreciated and unmatched by any nurse I have ever encountered. Thank you for having Ms. Jenn as a nurse and thank God for Ms. Jenn, love and happiness.

Jenn came to assist my family member who is a patient who needed to go to the restroom. I had various questions about the care being given and she responded.
