I recently retired as City Manager of a large retirement community with 500 employees, and many were outstanding. I would compare Jenn to the best of them. I am impressed with the competence, caring, and attention to detail of all staff, but Jenn surely stands out as one of the best. She always had answers and explained things thoroughly and in an understandable way which takes time from a busy schedule and she never seemed rushed. She was always warm and caring even when she was stressed, I seem to be her only concern. I would guess she is well respected by her peers and viewed as a leader. She is committed to the field, educationally well prepared and experienced. "There's just something about Jenn" warm, caring, willing to spend the time and be a good friend, if only briefly. Abrazo is so lucky to have Jenn.
