An angel on earth is the best way to describe Jennifer Russell. During my fiance's 4 day stay in the hospital there was one nurse that stood out above the rest. We were initially impressed by Jennifer's professional demeanor as well as her enthusiasm for her career. She is truly dedicated to providing efficient, dependable, top of the line medical care. We never felt forgotten and she never rushed. Jennifer always displayed an upbeat, positive attitude and was very personable. A lot of people can be nice while doing their job. But she was truly genuine while my fiance was hospitalized. I did not want to leave his side. Not only did she tend to his needs, but she was so caring she tended to my needs as well. Once Jennifer noticed I slept in a chair, she went above and beyond her duties as a nurse. She went that extra mile to bring a reclining chair into the room so I could sleep better. She made sure we were comfortable at all times and took care of both of us like as if we were staying in her home. The biggest thing we noticed was that Jennifer did not just treat us special; she treated all her patients like family. Absolutely endearing and completely genuine. Jennifer is remarkable woman and outstanding nurse.
