Jerri was very comforting for my new baby daughter for multiple nights in a row. Even on a night when Jerri was not my daughter's nurse she took the time to come in, sit, and ask how she was doing.
Jerri was never too busy to comfort her when she had concerns. Jerri even knew by the look on my daughter's face that she was worried. She made her and all of us comfortable being here. She is wonderful!
