Her bedside manner is out of this world. She treats her patients with dignity, respect, and an abundance of compassion.
Jessica is one of the greatest nurses I have received the pleasure to work alongside. Ever since she has transitioned into a management role we have unfortunately seen less of her face, however, her impact on this unit remains. She is always available for an education session, a patient concern, or just a friendly moment. Her bedside manner is out of this world. She treats her patients with dignity, respect, and an abundance of compassion. This RN without a doubt deserves recognition for her long-lasting hard work and dedication to her career.

Jessica is an integral part of the ICU and the overall hospital. She is a smart and patient nurse who is always eager to assist others. She is a selfless person who is quick to shine the spotlight on others for their good deed and hard work. In this time in nursing when staff is hard to come by and employees are going to other facilities for “greener pastures.” Staff like Jessica is the reason I’m proud to work for HRMC and want to continue growth with the hospital, because of people like Jessica Stiles, a good leader. Role model, educator, co-worker, and all-around good person.

I have had the honor and pleasure to work with Jessica for several years. I have seen her transform from a hard-working CNA, an intensely curious new graduate, and a rising leader among her peers as a bedside ICU nurse, to the manager of our ICU. She is relentless in achieving greatness for her patients, fellow ICU nurses, and PCU nurses. I wholeheartedly recognize Jessica as an Extraordinary Nurse full of care, compassion, and expert clinical care.
