Jessica is an amazing nurse; she is knowledgeable, compassionate, and observant, catching issues before becoming bigger concerns! Jessica was recovering a patient who was to discharge after bed rest. Jessica caught a hematoma that could have gone unnoticed and immediately took action. The patient recovered safely under our observation with no further complications because of Jessica's diligent care. She advocated for patient safety and pushed the doctor for the patient's needs while keeping everyone informed. When she is here, I know I am supported and will never be alone in a tough situation. Jessica is approachable and relaxed, even in stressful situations making it easy to keep our patients safe. Her teamwork and attitude are a great example. We love Jessica!
