My mum passed away peacefully in her 90th year under the care of this nurse. Jhoanna is a wonderful nurse with great compassion empathy and kindness. When Mum turned 90 Jhoanna organized for my dad, brothers, and myself to visit Mum according to the visiting restrictions of the hospital. It was a very different way to celebrate her birthday, but it was memorable. Jhoanna has a heart of gold, has a great desire to help, and is very optimistic.
