Joan cared for my wife her first two nights on the floor. Joan was tremendous. She made us feel as if she were taking care of one of her own family. She answered all of our questions, took time to explain to us what was going on, what she was doing and why, and gave her the best care we could ask for during her time in the unit. She was especially kind and understanding as we went through a very difficult time.

We would like to thank everyone at Sanford for everything that was done to treat Kay and to make her final days comfortable.
