Jo is always going above and beyond for her patients and their families. Jo recently was caring for a palliative lady and the family had been very challenging to other teams. Jo went in and we cared for the patient and her relative with the care and compassion they needed. The relative was so grateful to be treated in this way. In addition to this, Jo is always so supportive of her colleagues.
